The current polemic revolves around many concepts that are involved in the shaping and remodeling of world its priorities. They overlapping each other most time found controversial, if not diametrical opposite what is supposed to be humankind's evolution towards best. This paper aims elucidate through scholars’ different analyses points view, a valid definition this very term democracy. Democracy under American values globalization an attempt subdue obliquely rest. These important issues raised by superpowers politics, time, they but arguments, cues which exercise their will upon discreet nation-states as evolving.
